The construction has been completed, at this stage the interior finishing of the premises and facade is underway.
When will the construction be completed?
Lion Development Saburtalo will be completed in August 2024.
How many and on what design of buildings are you building?
Lion Development is building two (2) fifteen (15) storey buildings on Saburtalo. Each building has two entrances. Commercial spaces are located on the first floor. Residential apartments start from the second floor. There are a total of 271 apartments in the residential complex.
In what the condition are the apartment delivered?
Apartments in Lion Development Saburtalo are offered only in "white frame" condition, which includes:
- High-quality metal door of gray color with wood veneer;
- Water and sewerage connected to the apartment to the necessary points.
- Electricity connected to the apartment to the necessary points.
- Natural gas piped into the apartment.
- Internal partitions to your liking, 10 cm high thick pumice blocks plastered;

What is planned in the area around the construction site (recreation area or yard)?
According to the master plan and dendrological design, a green zone will be arranged near the building. Lighting, benches, trash cans will be installed and plants will be planted.

The facade of the residential complex on Lion Development Saburtalo is completely covered with light (RAL 9010) and dark (RAL 7043) gray high quality thermal insulation material "Thermo Lock", on the first floor aluminum doors of anthracite color and windows and stained-glass windows are installed;

The balcony has a stretch floor covered with porcelain tiles. There are metal railings on the balcony.
How is the entrance finished?
The walls are painted, the floor is covered with natural stone, also, high-quality lighting is installed. A quality video camera is installed on each floor, which provides round-the-clock video surveillance.
